حسين أباظة، الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك القاهرة
تولي السيد/ حسين أباظة منصب الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك القاهرة في 2024، وذلك عقب توليه منصب المسؤول التنفيذي الرئيسي وعُضو مجلِس الإدارة في البنك التجاري الدولي لمدة تتجاوز الـ 7 سنوات.
وتولى “أباظة” عددٍ من المناصب الهامة في البنك قبل توليه منصبه في البنك التجاري الدولي في مارس 2017، من بينها الرئيس التنفيذي للقطاع المؤسسي لمُدة سِت سنوات، والرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات مُنذُ عام 2001 وحتى عام 2010. كما شَغِل قبل ذلك منصِب الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة المخاطر والتي تضمنت إدارة مخاطر ائتمان الشركات ومخاطر السوق، ومخاطر العمليات المصرفية.
انضم “أباظة” إلى فريق عمل البنك التِجاري الدولي بعد حصوله على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال من الجامعة الأمريكية في القاهرة، كما حصل على العديد من الدورات التدريبية في كُلٍ من لندن، نيويورك، بلجيكا، وسويسرا. وترأس سابقًا قسم البحوث ثُم منصب العُضو المُنتدب لقطاع إدارة الأصول بالمجموعة المالية إي أف جي هيرمس بين عامي 1995 و2001 وذلك قبل عودته للعمل في البنك التِجاري الدولي.
