لجنة المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة:
مهام اللجنة (على سبيل المثال وليس الحصر):
أولا: التنسيق مع البنوك:
- التعرف على ودراسة المعوقات ومقترحات البنوك بشأن تيسير إجراءات منح التمويل لهذه المشروعات، لعرضها على البنك المركزي او الجهات ذات الصلة بهذه المشروعات (وزارة التجارة والصناعة، جهاز تنمية المشروعات.. الخ) .
- عقد لقاءات مشتركة مع ممثلي قطاعات الاعمال والمخاطر للتنسيق بين خطط الاعمال والسياسات الائتمانية للبنوك ومناقشة الموضوعات الهامة مثل التعليمات والمبادرات التي تصدر من البنك المركزي المصري بخصوص المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.
ثانيا: التنسيق مع الجهات الفاعلة:
- مناقشة مشاريع القوانين واللوائح التنفيذية المتعلقة بهذا القطاع ووضع مقترحاتهم وتصورهم في هذا الشأن.
- اعداد اجتماعات تعريفية دورية بحضور كافة الأعضاء لعرض الفرص الاستثمارية المتاحة والوصول الي العملاء مع الجهات المختصة (اتحاد الصناعات، المجالس التصديرية، الغرف التجارية …الخ)
- التنسيق مع المعهد المصرفي المصري لأعداد برامج تدريبية متخصصة وورش عمل في المجالات المصرفية والفنية ذات العلاقة بهذه المشروعات والتي تحتاجها البنوك لرفع مهارات وقدرات الكوادر البشرية بها، وكذلك تنظيم زيارات ميدانية الي البنوك في الدول ذات التجارب المشابهة للاستفادة من خبراتهم.
ثالثا: تفعيل بعض المبادرات لخدمة القطاع:
- بحث ودراسة إمكانية استفادة البنوك في المبادرة الرئاسية ” حياه كريمة ” للوصول الى العملاء في القرى والمحافظات وتقديم التمويل اللازم لهم ودعم الشمول المالي (في إطار مشروعات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة) كذا توفير الخدمات غير المالية لهم عن طريق مراكز “رواد النيل” ونشر فكر ريادة الاعمال.
- بحث ودراسة سبل التوسع في استخدام نظم الدفع الالكتروني بقطاع المشروعات متناهية الصغر والصغيرة والمتوسطة
