قررت لجنة العضوية رقم (15) لسنة 2024 بالبورصة المصرية الموافقة على قبول قيد بنك ستاندرد تشارترد Standard Chartered Bank بسجل العضوية بالبورصة المصرية (كأمين حفظ).
وذلك وفقاً لقواعد العضوية بالبورصة المصرية الصادرة بموجب قرار رئيس مجلس إدارة البورصة المصرية رقم (156) لسنة 2014، وذلك تحت كود رقم (5005) الصادر من الشركة المصرية للإيداع والقيد المركزي .
يعد بنك ستاندرد تشارترد شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة تتخذ من المملكة المتحدة مركزاً لها، وهي تابعة لمجموعة بنك ستاندرد تشارترد اس سي بي ال سي Standard Chartered Bank PLC INTERNAL.
أعلن بنك ستاندرد تشارترد رسمياً عن بدء عملياته المصرفية في مصر في يناير بعد حصوله على الموافقة النهائية من البنك المركزي المصري.
